What a line ... "This further demonstrates that in the GTA, homeowners have begun to view, and rightly so, the real estate market as a year-round business."
Notwithstanding my personal reaction to this uncontroversial, literary tid-bit, overall it is an informative and reassuring piece and a good-for-the-economy/membership piece (as are the columns-to-date and the idea of the columns).
2)Good work, now consider expanding the "reassurance part" as TREB's president, a notable in Toronto business and an office that the media take account of, by participating in the public-awareness campaign that must be undertaken.
IMHO, until everyone realizes that They-themselves and Everyone like them IS the economy ... we'll keep sputtering lower.
If GM and Magna and this company and that outlet etc etc ... fail as businesses and/or cut/move jobs or move/eliminate a production line .... your job's turn is just a matter of time.
