Why are many Realtors(tm) not getting more leads on their personal Websites???

Q: Why not more leads?

A. Because your website is all about YOU- the super-achieving realtor(tm), YOUR listings and stuff YOU maybe interested in, but that's available from 65 zillion other places
-- the new thinking is that your website must be about your uniqueness - hobbies, personal business specialties, niche markets you watch, observations and opinions unique to you

- the casual reference to your field of endeavour is a notable necessity - but the web-cruiser will only stop your the business link, if you've impressed them that "the real you" is a lot like them

Since Free advice is worth the price paid for it .....

25 Dollars please ... payable to your favourite charity, and payable only when this sinks in, you start to do it and it starts to pay off ... you'll consider it cheap
and oh yes -- simultaneously send me a Linkedin recommendation

( ..... my goodness this new chap is a bit 'bold', don't you think ... :)

You REALLY are crazy - LOL!

I will bow before you as "King Esoteric" or "The Raging Realtor" - with or without a crown - often weird but never boring.

To your point about You vs Me - First rule of communications: Understand then be understood.

Blessings and may you be appreciated in your time.

Cheers from Dennis Paradis - the best realtor you'll ever meet (I don't get it yet maybe ...
